This website is operated by Malin Cloud Labs Limited, a company registered in Ireland (“we”, “us”). This policy covers this corporate website only. Our products, including Ardwatch, have their own privacy policies.

What we collect

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies and does not have user accounts. If you email us, we receive your email address and the contents of your message, which we use only to respond to you.

Our hosting provider may process standard technical data (such as IP address and browser type) in server logs for security and reliability.

Legal basis and retention

We process enquiry data under our legitimate interest in responding to correspondence (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) and keep it only as long as needed for that purpose or as required by law.
